MuayFit is a strength and conditioning class. In these sessions, you don’t do any MuayThai training, but you focus on getting stronger, faster and more mobile to be able to do MuayThai. Through this program, you will be training 3 times a week, one hour each time. It is highly recommended for those who love to be fit and strong, don’t like to put on mass, and want to be toned.
