MuayFit is a strength and conditioning class. In these sessions, you don’t do any MuayThai training, but you focus on getting stronger, faster and more mobile to be able to do MuayThai. Through this program, you will be training 3 times a week, one hour each time. It is highly recommended for those who love to be fit and strong, don’t like to put on mass, and want to be toned. Just show up in the comfort of your home, click play and prepare to SWEAT!

Level Up 10 with Farinaz Lari is a MuayFit training program for beginner students ready to develop speed, endurance, power, and agility. There are 10 1-hour videos, and you can complete them in 30 days. In each video, we work together on all major muscle groups in a single session, with alternating focus on one muscle group, then another.
